Conditions:

- Check in on Saturdays from 16h and check out on the following Saturday at 10am.
- Deposit for booking: 25% of price.
- To hire sheets (8 € /pair) and towels are possible on command.
- Check out clean up done by the tenant (or cleaning fee is €40 for the 4/6p. lodging, € 30 for the 2/3p. lodging).
- Foresee extra costs for heating in winter.
- Dishtowels are provided.
- Cleaning products Kit are included in each lodging.
- No visitor tax.
